Based on the theory developed in chapter 2, “Life Sciences”, and chapter 3 “Life Sciences Real Estate”, and on the analysis and evaluation of the expert interviews, the central research questions, which were defined in chapter 1.4 “Research Question”, are clarified in the following sections.
