New Forms of Social Support for Russian Population During the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic

The socio-economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world have manifested themselves in a significant increase in morbidity, unemployment, poverty and social inequity. Mortality also increased. In this regard, many national governments have implemented a set of financial, monetary and social policy measures aimed at minimizing the negative effects of social risks.
