Relational and Differential Seriality
摘要
The paper is dedicated to a philosophical history of seriality. It refers to Jacques Derrida, Jean-Luc Nancy and Jaques Rancière in order to question the conventional distinction between art and technology, original and deception, object and image under the aspect of the serial. Against the background of this discussion, recent television series are understood not so much as repetition and continuation, but as relational and different.
