Upper Silesia as a Divided Region in the Process of Learning Transborder Cooperation
摘要
The paper aims to explore whether we can observe the emergence of resilient transborder structural and functional cooperation between the areas of Racibórz and Głubczyce (Republic of Poland), and Opava (Czechia) within Euroregion Silesia. It also intends to uncover the external and internal circumstances of this cooperation, including the role of external crises such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, it traces and analyses the evolution of transborder cooperation in the Upper Silesia region over the last two decades, by decoding its priority areas.
