Economy, Society and Politics – Socio-economic and Political Education in Schools and Universities: A Brief Introduction to the Theme Volume
摘要
The manifold interconnections of economy, society and politics so obviously determine the individual and collective socio-economic situations, limitations and possibilities, ways of thinking and acting, social and political problems and options that one can only wonder how little attention they still receive in the context of university teaching and school education. It is not least phenomena such as pandemics, global warming, migration or authoritarianism that make the close, complex and contradictory connections between economy, society and politics tangible. They call for enlightenment through socio-economic research, teaching and education.
