The Location Criteria for Corporate Real Estate

In principle, there are a wide variety of perspectives for variables influencing the production location decision. In Sects. 4.6.1 to 4.6.8 seven different perspectives were discussed. Every conceivable influencing variable can theoretically be represented within these perspectives, i.e., within a seven-dimensional solution space. However, such an approach is not very practical. Therefore, it must be questioned whether individual perspectives could not be adequately considered elsewhere, or even disregarded.
