Robinsonades between 1900 and 1945
摘要
Between 1900 and 1945, the reception of Robinson Crusoe was still focused on the book. The presence in school syllabi and the classic status as reading for children and adolescents contributed to this. Typical media networks such as Forster’s Robinson must not have remained an exception. Robinson has been innovatively updated in the new electronic mass media such as radio and film. A particularity is the reception of new technical mass media such as the radio within the book reception.
