Daneman Devy Mancer Syndrome
摘要
The syndromic association of multinodular goiter, cystic kidneys, and polydactyly was first delineated in the medical literature in 1985 by Daneman, Davy, and Mancer. They described this triad of features in three patients, two of whom were siblings. This sporadic genetic condition is defined by three cardinal manifestations: multinodular goiter, renal cysts, and polydactyly (Daneman et al. 1985).
