Lung agenesis, congenital heart defects, and thumb anomalies syndrome (LACHT), also known as the Mardini-Nyhan Association, is a rare condition characterized by lung agenesis (unilateral or bilateral), complex cardiac abnormalities, particularly total anomalous pulmonary venous return (TAPVR), and thumb anomalies (Hastings et al. 2009).
