摘要

Buschke-Ollendorff syndrome (BOS) was first described by Buschke and Ollendorff in 1928. It is a rare disorder of connective tissue that usually presents in early ages of life and primarily affects the skin (connective tissue nevi like collagenoma and elastoma) and bones (osteopoikilosis, melorheostosis) (Buschke and Ollendorff 1928; Walpole and Manners 1990; Pope et al. 2016). The incidence rate is 1 in 20,000 individuals and there is no sexual and racial predilection. (Schena et al. 2008; Torregrosa Calatayud 2014).
