This entry contains basic considerations related to the providing of a constitutional justice in the constitutional order of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this regard, at the first place, this entry considers the system of protection of constitutionality in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this entry advantages and disadvantages of the constitutional judiciary in Bosnia and Herzegovina are presented and the basic institutional relations between the Constitutional Courts and ordinary courts from the standpoint of the rule of law principle.
