Coordination Across Expert Areas

Obviously, communities want to develop a favorable reference story about themselves, one that (a) maximizes the positive attributes and potentials and minimizes the less desirable attributes and (b) provides a benchmark (i.e., a set of reference values) against which progress generated by their efforts (and others) can be measured. This module provides a set of tools for managing eco-city projects.
