Tibiocalcaneal Fusion and Staged Lengthening with Internal Lengthening Nail

Bone stock loss following failure of a total talus implant or total ankle replacement is a challenging problem. We discuss a case of conversion of a failed total talus replacement into an ankle fusion, with leg length equalization.
