Subtalar Joint Distraction Arthroplasty
摘要
Joint preservation of subtalar joint was accomplished with distraction arthroplasty. This entails an open approach to the joint to debride scar tissue and osteophytes, perform microfracture of localized grade 4 lesions, and insertion of a collagen sponge soaked with bone marrow aspirate concentrate. A circular external fixator is used to distract the subtalar joint.
