Education 5.0 is a novel educational paradigm that integrates advanced technologies, personalized learning, and strong collaboration with industry. In this paper, we investigate the pedagogical and structural barriers to Education 5.0 in the context of cybersecurity, which we term CyberEducation 5.0. These barriers are examined from the perspectives of both higher education institutions and industry stakeholders, based on an expert survey. The identified barriers are classified and analysed according to their relative impact, revealing that business-related and technical barriers, particularly those linked to human and resource constraints, exert the greatest influence on the effectiveness of cybersecurity education. The paper also outlines key enabling strategies, including strengthening foundational training, increasing hands-on learning opportunities, improving access to resources, aligning curricula with industry demands, and fostering sustainable institutional synergies. These findings provide a structured basis for prioritizing actions and guiding cross-sector collaboration toward the successful CyberEducation 5.0 framework.
