Fetal Health means monitoring of wellbeing of the fetal and the mother during pregnancy. Women go through a lot during their pregnancy phase. One of the common problems is taking care of fetal health in order to avoid adverse effects like birth complications, premature labour. Hence, early assessment of fetal health becomes a necessity for good health of mother and child, will enhance the transparency in decision making process. This systematic review focuses on the recent advancements in Deep Learning for analysis of fetal health, covering studies from 2020 to 2024. In recent years the applicability of artificial intelligence has been increased in healthcare, suggesting various ways for fetal health assessment using techniques like deep learning and machine learning. These techniques use various parameters like ultrasound images, fetal heart rate, uterine contractions for analysis. Hence, integrating artificial intelligence with fetal health reduces risk, improves decision making and helps in maternal care.
