The workplace learning impacts the employee well-being in a positive manner. To study this impact various quantitative and qualitative methods are used to analyse this relationship. The research includes data from 2005 till recent times. The study includes the evaluation of various learning methods used in the workplace and their impact on employee well-being. The study also concluded that the involvement of technology will enhance the impact in a more effective manner. The study is limited to only the corporate sector as a whole. Research has identified the strong correlation between learning and the individual state of being. Each person, within himself, has the innate need for self-growth and self-actualization. Driven by these needs, these individuals as employees in the organisations behave in certain ways and take decisions; from taking the smallest of decisions to making the most significant decisions. This behaviour is not only impacted by the environment that the employee operates in but also impacts the environment in turn. As the saying goes, a learning individual is the bedrock of organisational learning and so is the other way around.
