Businesses and governments usually use contracts and tenders to purchase goods and services. Large losses result from improper tender management when bad practices are used. Contractor favouritism, poor record-keeping, a lack of transparency, hacking, data manipulation, and other problems fall under this category. Using a simple and secure blockchain technology, we have solved this issue and to manage transactions securely using encryption in conjunction with an unquestionable blockchain architecture. In this instance, we employ block chain technology to ensure a completely transparent tendering process by securing transaction-based documents alongside transactions, including bid proposals, company biographies, historical records, information about the approving officer, information about the rejection process, and tender documents.
