Surgical Management of Epiretinal Membrane
摘要
While epiretinal membrane (ERM) surgery is generally straightforward with a favorable prognosis, the resulting high patient expectations make surgical safety the top priority. This chapter provides a detailed explanation of ERM peeling techniques and demonstrates the strategic application of various methods. Additionally, it offers guidance for novice surgeons on intraoperative decision-making, emphasizing when to pause, evaluate, and ultimately execute the most appropriate approach.
