In contemporary conditions, heightened safety requirements are dictated by the continuous increase in complexity of technological processes, the congestion of construction sites with equipment, and the vast number of labor units involved in production workflows, who are systematically exposed to risks. A construction site constitutes a hazardous environment that encompasses a wide range of activities, including the use of heavy machinery, work at heights and in confined spaces, and exposure to harmful factors arising from labor processes. At the same time, a significant proportion of incidents, unforeseen events, and accidents is directly attributable to violations of safety regulations, insufficient supervision of discipline compliance, and untimely responses to threats. The importance and, more critically, the urgent need for universal enhancement of occupational safety measures in the construction industry is indisputable in light of the accident statistics and high risks characteristic of the sector’s dynamic and complex operational conditions. This article examines issues related to workplace environment monitoring and presents the concept of an intelligent video surveillance system integrated with computer vision modules, neural network analysis, and informational models.

摘要
