Modeling Human Capital Development in Agroindustrial Personnel Training
摘要
The aim of the study is to analyze the problem of human resource training in the agro-industrial complex in the context of the increasing role of the educational component in the structure of human capital, and to substantiate directions for improving the quality of employee education in the agricultural sector. The working hypothesis of the study is that the agro-industrial sector has a demand for the training of qualified, competitive employees. The relevance of the research is evidenced by the search for comprehensive organizational solutions to improve agricultural education in Russia. The methodological framework is based on empirical data that actualize modern scientific approaches to the verification of agricultural education within the structure of human capital. The main directions for the development of educational technologies that are potentially in demand in the agro-industrial complex have been verified. The main directions for the development of agricultural education within the framework of a sustainable development strategy are identified, and directions for improving the training of agricultural sector personnel are substantiated.
