The valorisation of wine residues is an emerging dimension of the Circular Economy (CE) and the bioeconomy, aligned with European strategies for sustainability and waste reduction. This study systematically reviews the scientific research dedicated to the use of residues generated during winemaking, namely grape pomace, wine lees and stems, in the cosmetics industry, identifying trends and opportunities for innovation. Structured according to the PRISMA principles, 72 scientific articles published between 2014 and 2024 were examined. The analysis highlights significant growth in research on bioactive compounds with dermocosmetic properties, as well as on eco-friendly extraction technologies and sustainable formulations. Results also demonstrate the potential for integration between the wine sector and the cosmetics industry as a means of residue valorisation and promotion of circular production models. Despite the progress achieved, challenges remain regarding technological transfer and industrial adoption, particularly among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

摘要
