Chapter 6 summarises the reflections of the judicial practice and jurisprudence on asymmetric arbitration and jurisdiction clauses, and analyses these choice of forum agreements in details. The investigation starts with classification of these clauses into different groups based on selected criteria. After the taxonomy, the chapter defines asymmetric jurisdiction and arbitration clauses as agreements granting a formative right in procedural law.
