Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) adoption drivers of Palestinian Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) were investigated in this work with contextualization of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). It was a quantitative study that borrowed its data from 150 Palestine-owned SMEs with headquarters located in Jerusalem and Bethlehem governorates of Palestine. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was employed for validating the proposed model to hold true. It was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were substantive antecedents of a behavioral intention that was a strong predictor of actual use. Perceived ease of use was also found positively and significantly to relate with perceived usefulness. It was found that adoption was prompted by perceived utility and usability of the system. The study therefore provides stakeholder information for SMEs to invest in specific training programs and for ERP software providers to create user-centered solutions for enhanced implementation effective-ness and future utilization in Palestine.

摘要
