In This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of digital transformation (digital strategy, digital operations) on Sharia compliance in Jordanian Islamic banks. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive-analytical approach was used. The study targeted all three Jordanian Islamic banks: Jordan Islamic Bank, Safwa Islamic Bank, and the Arab Islamic International Bank. The study adopted a comprehensive survey method to select the study sample, which included all Islamic banks comprising the study population. (300) electronic questionnaires were distributed to employees in the main departments of these banks, particularly employees in the programming and Sharia compliance departments. (278) questionnaires were collected, and after excluding (7) questionnaires, the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis reached (271). These questionnaires were analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS). The results showed a statistically significant impact of digital transformation and its dimensions (digital strategy, digital operations) on Sharia compliance in Jordanian Islamic banks. The study recommended the development of integrated digital strategies that enhance adherence to Sharia standards by incorporating Sharia frameworks as an essential part of design and implementation.
