Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Ukraine during the war became one of the core elements of social support. The article analyses changes in approaches to CSR practices, which occurred due to the influence of the full-scale war in Ukraine. It considers the peculiarities of CSR’s ethical and social policy development, characterizes the role of the ethic theory in the development of CSR policies within the war conditions, analyses scientific backgrounds of the CSR, and determines new approaches of Ukrainian companies to the implementation of the CSR measures and basic focuses of CSR’s social approach implementation. The article defines changes in priorities of as internal as external social programs of companies, substantiates the expedience of a proactive approach to the CSR implementation, considers examples of Ukrainian companies providing support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their employees, and ordinary people, analyses models of adopting running business and developing the CSR within the crisis. The article gives examples of CSR policies of companies working in Ukraine and identifies the effect of such initiatives on business and society.
