Integrative Technologies: Exploring the Synergy Between FinTech, Blockchain, and AI
摘要
This paper conducts a systematic literature review to explore the integration and synergistic potential of FinTech, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI) within the financial sector. By examining scholarly articles and industry reports from the past decade, this review investigates how these technologies individually and collectively transform financial services in terms of efficiency, security, and accessibility. FinTech has democratized financial services, making them more accessible to a broader audience. Blockchain technology ensures transactional integrity and transparency, vital for trust and compliance in financial interactions. AI contributes advanced analytics and automation, enhancing decision-making and customer interactions. The findings reveal that while the integration of these technologies promises substantial benefits, including enhanced operational efficiencies and improved customer satisfaction, it also presents significant challenges. These include regulatory uncertainties, ethical concerns about data privacy and AI biases, and the substantial infrastructure required for implementation. The paper discusses the implications of these technologies for practitioners, who must navigate these challenges while capitalizing on the opportunities to innovate within financial services. For policymakers, the findings emphasize the need for adaptable regulatory frameworks that can keep pace with technological advancements and ensure secure and fair financial practices. Future research should focus on empirical evaluations of these technologies in diverse contexts and explore their long-term impacts on global financial stability. This review provides a foundation for understanding the current landscape of technological integration in finance and outlines critical areas for further investigation and development.
