Perceptions of Food Quality in Ghost Kitchens: A Study on Customer Satisfaction and E-Service Quality

This research investigates how customers view the quality of food and electronic services in ghost kitchens, which have emerged as a significant phenomenon in the food sector. Given that these establishments lack physical locations and depend on delivery services, it is crucial to comprehend what brings satisfaction to customers. The investigate utilizes quantitative methods to examine the impact of great quality and electronic benefit on the fulfillment level of clients of online nourishment conveyance applications. Discoveries show that the quality of nourishment plays a more impressive part in customer fulfillment compared to the quality of e-service, suggesting that phantom kitchens ought to prioritize conveying prevalent nourishment. In addition, although e-service quality can improve consumer experience, its impact is not as strong as the impact of food quality. The importance of this study is that independent variables can foster customer loyalty and maintain competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded market.
