Balancing Career and Family Amid Crisis: The Impact of Remote Work on Women’s Productivity and Work-Life Balance in Challenging Environments

This study investigates the effect of remote work on women, notably in Lebanon, and how it impacts work-life balance and productivity amid the country’s challenging turmoil. By focusing on the Lebanese context, this study aims to elucidate regional challenges and to afford beneficial answers for companies functioning in comparable environments. Data was collected by sending questionnaires to women who are working remotely across various industries. The sample size included 314 participants and regression analysis was used the test the hypotheses. The results reveal a positive impact of remote work on women workers’ productivity and work-life balance. This study contributes theoretical insights and empirical to extant research on the impact of remote work on women employees’ productivity and work-life balance, particularly in Leba-non. These results can also assist companies and managers looking to enhance productivity and work-life balance.
