This research investigates the role of management information system and governance process on municipality performance. The objective of this research is to find the relationship of management information system, governance process, kaizen method, contingency factors, total quality process and municipal performance. Literature reviews on management information system is investigated, a descriptive and a quantitative technique are applied in this research. Data are collected from 1004 citizens living in Tripoli, Lebanon during the year 2024 using SPSS Statistics 22. Five variables were examined using a deductive style to investigate the results. Results sign that there is a positive role of management information system, governance process, the kaizen method and contingency factors on municipality performance mediated by the total quality process.
