Factors Contributing to the Leadership Success of Women Entrepreneurs in the Klang Valley
摘要
This study investigates the key factors that influence women’s success in entrepreneurship. It emphasizes the importance of leadership skills, employee management, and support from external sources. The research included 30 women, and an important 60.7% acknowledged struggling with employee management due to low self-confidence and insufficient prior training. Furthermore, 35.7% of respondents demonstrated a strong ability to assess and select skilled employees, which was frequently associated with prior work experience and participation in motivational initiatives. The study emphasizes the importance of guidance agencies, as participants recognized the value of ongoing support and training in developing their leadership skills. The findings highlight the importance of tailored training and supportive environments in empowering women entrepreneurs, particularly those from rural areas, to face leadership challenges and achieve long-term success.
