Impact of Transformational Leadership on Employee Creative Performance in The Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation The Republic of Indonesia

This study set out to determine how transformational leadership impacts the employee creative performance. Employees of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation in the Republic of Indonesia were contacted and provided information for this study. This study leveraged SMARTPLS software for Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis to model complex relationships to examine the relationships between variables, and it has been found that transformational leadership, Exerts a statistically significant influence on employee creative performance.
