Occupational Health and Safety Disclosure Practices During the COVID-19 Pandemic
摘要
This paper explores the extent of health and safety disclosure practices and their influence on employees’ and firms’ performances during the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper collects primary qualitative data using semi-structured interviews. Using the content analysis, the findings show vital relationships between health and safety disclosure and employees’ and firms’ performance. Several challenges related to health and safety disclosure practices include working conditions, legislation, and medical information privacy. This paper increases our understanding of health and safety disclosure practices during the COVID-19 pandemic for policy improvements.
