Digital technology continues to move forward. Companies that fail to adopt these rapidly changing technological developments are at risk of facing difficulties in business competition. Nowadays, a company’s usage of digital technology is not limited to improving products with the aim of increasing revenue but must also be applied to other supporting functions with various considerations, including increasing work efficiency, cost effectiveness and minimizing risks. PT. Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel), as one of the companies providing cellular telecommunications services, broadband data and digital services in Indonesia, has made large investments to continue adopting existing technological developments. This success is not only based on digital transformation at the front-end, but also supporting the back-end functions such as financial, human resources and other functions. The purpose of this research is to examine the key success elements for using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system at one of telecommunication company in Indonesia, using several variable approaches, Creswell Qualitative Analysis and Triangulation Validation. The results show that there are six factors that have a critical impact on the successful utilization of the ERP system for the company.
