This chapter explores how coaching and human development evolve in the context of science and digital technology, which strongly impact society and business. The introduction of AI in many organisational activities, to democratise access to coaching for large numbers of people, is a reality and is to be embraced. The chapter also introduces the Co-Me-Su-Tra® Model of Models as a framework that highlights where the limitations of AI vs. human coaching are, to the net advantage of humans, highlighting what human coaching at mastery level has to offer, by no means threatened by technology in the foreseeable future. Embracing digital transformation by upgraded skills and higher order capabilities is the adaptive approach to reality as it is to increase agency and empower the coaching community to face the future with a unique and human-specific level of competence and hope.
