In recent years, the percentage of cyberattacks and information breaches has increased, and it demonstrates the vulnerability of the old cloud storage systems. The proportion of those users who do not know about best-practices in cybersecurity is high, thereby putting them at a risk of phishing, weak passwords, and unimplicated file management. To eliminate this issue, CipherSafe Vault was developed as a file-storing application that is a secure web-based one. The system integrates AES-256 encryption to make the data confidential, Firebase to authenticate and save the information over the cloud and IndexedDB to manage the offline metadata. Natural language processing chatbot assistant is a service that provides individuals who are not technical a real-time recommendation on cybersecurity. The system was developed on React.Js (frontend) and Spring boot (backend) in experimental architecture with continued user feedback. The evaluation has determined that 91 out of 100 participants said they were more secure about their files and 87 out of 100 said the chatbot was useful. Further enhancements will depend on the development of a particular mobile-based application, compliance with the requirements of the enterprise security, and the integration of the AI-activity dangers detection and quantum-resistant security.
