Urban Ecosystem Revolution: Integrating Nature’s Wisdom with Automation for Sustainable City Living
摘要
Urban environments are linked to elevated rates of various mental health issues when contrasted with rural areas. This includes a double risk of schizophrenia, over twenty percent more occurrences of anxiety, and an over forty per percent higher chance of depression Furthermore, urban environments are associated with elevated sensations of loneliness, isolation, and stress. Maintaining excellent mental health is important for personal welfare and helps create strong and sustainable cities. Urban design has great power for the population’s mental health. Good mental health, prevention of mental illness, and support for those suffering from mental health problems can all be promoted by urban designs. This research recreates buildings to embody a close-to-nature concept, incorporating automation through Arduino technology. This involves the extraction of piezoelectric energy from a jogging path, the deployment of an automatic irrigation system that incorporates soil moisture sensors, and the development of a terrace garden facilitated by these technological innovations.
