Part II presents the non-cooperative game theory in legal context and it contains two chapters: Chap. 3 and this chapter. This chapter includes typical applications of Chap. 3 ’s basic principles both in analyzing the law and in legal practice. That includes, inter alia, problems and analysis of insolvency law, contract law, tort law, criminal law, property law, auctions, labor law, evidence law, counterterrorism law and legal policy, civil procedure, criminal procedure and plea bargaining.
