Analytical Framework: Evaluating Reforms through Situationist Categories
摘要
To link Situationist critique with institutional analysis, this section develops a comprehensive evaluative framework that translates SI concepts into operational categories for assessing contemporary reforms. While concepts like “spectacleAlienationand the spectacle,” “dériveNove, Alecon dérive,” and “détournement” were developed within a revolutionary framework that explicitly rejected reformist politics, they offer powerful critical lenses for examining whether institutional reformAutonomyand institutional reforms expand human autonomyAutonomy and creativity or, inadvertently, reproduce the structures of alienationAlienation they aim to address (DebordDebord, Guy, 1967; VaneigemUrban planning and spaceVaneigem onVaneigem, Raoul, 1967).
