In contemporary businesses, the achievement of goals for project management pivots around effective collaboration. Most organizations struggle with unclear roles, siloed teams, and focus on task tracking. This study applies the Transactive Memory Systems (TMS) by Social Network Analysis (SNA) to represent internal collaboration networks. The data is drawn from two Saudi companies, one from Telecommunication and the other from Construction, for creating a dashboard that allows managers to spot key connectors, communication bottlenecks, and areas needing improvement. A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was implemented with structured surveys measuring change in role clarity, team cohesion, and organizational silos. The results revealed that 89.5% of the participants perceived benefits from the dashboard. The key advancement for the telecom company was recognizing siloed employees at 82.4% vs. The construction company’s advancement was in communication speed and efficiency, 60.6%. These data validate the usefulness of SNA-driven visualization frameworks for improving collaboration in project-based organizations.

摘要
