Radicalization Across the Spectrum: From Left-Wing to Jihadist Milieus
摘要
This chapter offers a comparative analysis of modern extremisms and cross-ideological dynamics using the concept of “terrorism of atmosphere” as a framework. It also explores radicalization patterns across ideologically diverse movements using Germany as the primary case study. Drawing on data from German Verfassungsschutz reports, Europol’s TE-SAT reports, the Global Terrorism Index, and academic literature, this chapter applies the concept of “terrorism of atmosphere” to show the convergence of methods, narratives, and symbolic tactics in multi-ideological extremism.
