This study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of digitalization in recruitment within the context of modern human resource management. The aim of the research is to analyze the role of digital technologies in the personnel selection process, with particular attention to artificial intelligence–based systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), online recruitment platforms, and video interviewing tools. The methodology is based on a comparative analysis of traditional and digitally enhanced recruitment models, as well as a review of recent scientific literature on AI-driven hiring practices. The results demonstrate that digital solutions significantly improve the efficiency, speed, and analytical transparency of recruitment processes, while simultaneously introducing new risks related to algorithmic bias, data privacy, and ethical decision-making. The study identifies key challenges associated with the adoption of AI in recruitment and outlines directions for further research aimed at ensuring transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance in digital hiring systems.

摘要
