Recent research on fuzzy artificial neural networks has shown the significant potential of using Ordered Fuzzy Numbers to accelerate computations or reduce network size. The use of fuzzy neurons made it possible to solve the same problems with fewer neurons than in the case of deep networks. This article presents the impact of applying different shapes of Ordered Fuzzy Numbers on the learning speed of the network and the quality of the results obtained.
