Analysis of Adolescent Pregnancy and Childbirth Adolescent Patients Using the Intercriteria Analysis Approach
摘要
Adolescent pregnancy is a global phenomenon with clearly known causes and serious health, social and economic consequences. Globally, the adolescent birth rate (ABR) has decreased, but rates of change have been uneven across different countries. Teenage pregnancy should be one of the main issues in every healthcare system since early pregnancy can have harmful long-lasting implications on girls’ physical, psychological, economic and social status and it is a concern from both human rights and public health perspectives. The purpose of the present study is to investigate data obtained from adolescent patients hospitalized in UMBAL – Burgas using the Intercriteria analysis approach (ICrA), in order to find correlations and dependencies between some vital parameters related to the health status of the adolescents and their newborns.
