A Semantic Web Approach to Boost Engagement and Collaboration Among Online Health Communities
摘要
In the era of digital health, fostering collaboration and engagement among medical professionals is crucial for improving patient care and operational efficiency. This paper introduces a novel Semantic Web-based approach for managing online health communities, leveraging advanced event-driven ontologies to enhance interaction patterns. By extending existing ontologies like FOAF and SIOC, we propose a framework that captures essential elements such as self-esteem, collaboration, and trust, which are vital for community-driven healthcare management. Our approach integrates the power of the Semantic Web with Web 2.0 technologies to create a dynamic, knowledge-rich environment where professionals can collaborate more effectively, share valuable insights, and improve clinical outcomes. Through this methodology, we aim to redefine how healthcare communities engage, collaborate, and evolve, contributing to better healthcare delivery and decision-making in the digital age.
