The climate changes verified worldwide bring new challenges and new contexts, such as those related to soil salinisation, as a consequence of drought, inappropriate water use in agricultural practices and other natural and anthropogenic phenomena. In some circumstances, soil salinisation is a process that goes unnoticed and in this way, often, the stakeholders are not concerned with this problematic framework. In this way, these contexts need to be, at least, highlighted by the scientific literature, namely to provide for contributions that may be considered as a basis for the policy design. Considering these motivations, this research intends to bring more insights from the literature about soil salinisation policies to support policymakers, future research and other stakeholders. For that, a bibliometric analysis was conducted, considering 305 documents identified in a search made on 05 November 2024 in the Scopus database. The findings obtained highlight gaps, trends and some relevant metrics that may contribute to the understanding of dimensions associated with the topics addressed here.

摘要
