摘要

Digitalisation in architecture for sustainability, efficiency, resilience, environmental protection, and productivity improvement, with scientific research and data bases for new methods and techniques in construction, for urban redevelopment with IoT (Internet of Things), IT (Information Technology), ICT (Information Communication Technology), Cloud and Big Data, 5G networks, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and geospatial systems for smart connection of city, regional, and user data. The main objectives of an interdisciplinary approach are to enhance sustainable smart cities with smart grids, low environmental impact for megacities, and energy savings and efficiency with new building redevelopment models. Integration criteria for existing and new buildings, urban and regional infrastructure, with digital technologies, innovative materials, and nanotechnologies, with efficient technical management, monitoring, safety, and security, and users who interact efficiently with the smart city, its buildings, urban, infrastructural, and regional services. Methodologies using automated systems and digitalized building/system integration technologies with BEMS (Building Management Energy System) for smart construction management, parametric design and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software, geospatial systems for intelligent management of city services, and AI for proactive models for a smart and resilient city. Implementation strategies using digitalisation as an added value for building processes with sustainability challenges in architecture.
