Voices from Educational Leaders
摘要
Voices from Educational Leaders is a compelling anthology that weaves together diverse stories from educational leaders, including administrators, teachers, and policymakers, reflecting the diversity of voices in the education sector. The chapter offers a rich tapestry of experiences, challenges, and triumphs through a collection of personal narratives drawn from interview, online interviews, news articles, and academic sources. The chapter provides a nuanced and authentic exploration of the journeys, reflections, and lessons learned by educational leaders from various backgrounds and contexts. It explores how personal experiences have shaped the professional practices and approaches of educational leaders, offering valuable insights for both aspiring and practicing leaders. The interview data were analyzed using a thematic qualitative approach informed by interpretive and constructivist traditions in educational leadership research. Responses were coded inductively and deductively, allowing themes to emerge from participant accounts while also aligning with the conceptual architecture of the Leadership Metamorphosis framework. Coding focused on leadership challenges, leadership enactment, ethical orientation, change processes, and leadership integration. The resulting themes were then mapped onto the core dimensions of the Leadership Metamorphosis diagram, including contextual complexity, listening and ethics, transformational processes, servant-oriented practice, and adaptive integration.
