Constant quality improvement and sustainable development of an organization rely on the involvement of all its members, regardless of their roles. Large organizations typically establish systems to facilitate the efficacy of their initiatives. Employees are encouraged to voice problems, share ideas, and suggest improvements. However, unresolved issues can lead to employee discouragement. Therefore, management commitment is essential to model desired behaviors and provide necessary tools and support. In this paper example of such instrument has been presented to show essential features the system should have to bring real benefit and ensure sustained engagement of workers. The location-aware feedback platform designed to enhance communication between management and employees in industrial environments has been presented. The system enables users to issue suggestions as tokens linked to specific physical locations. These tokens, accessible via mobile devices, include content such as text, images, and discussion channels. Employees receive notifications when near a token and can provide feedback. The platform bridges the digital and physical workspace, supporting real-time, context-sensitive communication without disrupting production processes. The purpose of the article is to present a location-based communication system that enhances employee engagement and supports continuous quality improvement and sustainable development in industrial environments.
