With the increasing integration of industrial control systems (ICS) into networked environments, the demand for reliable traffic recording and precise replay has grown substantially. However, existing tools suffer from notable limitations in processing high-frequency small packets, enabling efficient storage and indexing, supporting conditional querying, and ensuring data security. To address these challenges, this paper proposes DPSP-RS, a transit-server-based packet storage and replay system that supports real-time data acquisition, compressed storage, flexible conditional queries, and rate-adjustable replay. The system adopts gRPC communication and Protobuf serialization to enhance data processing efficiency and ensure accurate query execution. Experimental results show that, compared with mainstream tools, DPSP-RS provides finer traffic controllability, higher query performance, and improved replay accuracy in ICS environments. Specifically, DPSP-RS increases single-threaded write throughput by up to 22.4%, reduces the average replay time to 55 s at 500 Mbps for replaying 1 GB of data, and achieves a maximum storage compression ratio of 45.6%.

摘要
